PART 1 - THE TRIBAL BODIES DIET: NEWA ANALYSIS BY PROFESSOR DOCTOR KATY WIN, 16TH JULY 2024 22:00.

Updated: Jul 16

Following on from the research on cardiovascular disease and it being found that atherosclerosis is caused by ceramides not high LDL levels, there are many disparities between westernised diets and other worldly ‘ethnic diets’. An interesting finding is that those from diets of African and Asian descent have a much lower pickup rate of IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) compared to White Caucasians. These former populations tend to be exposed to more tropical diseases including gut infections (BUT NOT IBD RELATED), causing chronic inflammation rather than the typical dietary and sedentary lifestyle associated chronic inflammation and cardiovascular malfunction with Western population groups. This presentation would lead us to propose that IBD is due to poor gut microbiome from not eating a diverse array of foods.

Why are western civilisation ie. The US and UK forcing their diets onto other ethnic cultures? There is nothing wrong with other cultural/ ethnic diets. Many vegetables/non meat food products are highly inflammatory eg. nightshades. One would wonder where tomatoes, aubergines and onions originate from and how they are grown and entered the food pyramid because indigenous tribes do not eat these things, nor do mammals who live in the wild. Nightshades cause inflammation because they are foreign to humans because they are not from our ancestral diets.

How far does GM food go back? GM foods could also indicate that, that first vegetable/fruit as it entered the markets could have been generated via germ seeds and petri dishes because they are not native to natural ancestral diets globally. Are western vegetables and fruits eg. Carrots, nightshades, and oranges, cross breeds? Citrus fruits may have been developed from genetically modified kumquats, as it is not clear anecdotally which part(s) of the world they were first identified in. Also, no other living organism has ever consumed citrus fruits as part of their native diet. They may well cause inflammation. Anything that we did not eat or do not eat as natural/native tribes causes inflammation.

In terms of soybeans, humans should not feed animals especially those that are farmed, soybeans because they cannot digest them. Humans cannot digest raw soybeans/legumes and these foods are not natural to any animal diet. Farm animals digest chlorophyll. They need to eat green plants that they naturally eat because they have 4 stomachs and the fact that they can digest chlorophyll when humans cannot, means that chlorophyll is important to their diet to obtain certain nutrients. Chlorophyll is green in colour. Humans cannot digest chlorophyll because they do not have antrum as part of their digestive system so therefore green plants in the form of vegetables etc. are useless to humans. The so called ‘dietary fibre’ we are used to be encouraged to obtain from a diet rich in ‘5 portions of fruit and vegetables’ to maintain ‘healthy bowel movements’ may well be the components of these foods that no one can digest. Vegetables and fruits are a useless form of ‘dietary Vitamin D’. There are only small amounts of Vitamin D in these, in the form of Vitamin D2 which is not bioavailable. Vitamin D2 has to be converted into its ‘useable form of Vitamin D3’ via exposure from UV light for D2 to be converted into D3 known as ‘1-25 dihydroxycolecalciferol. It is dangerous and pointless to supplement in additional calcium because this can lead to toxicity and atherosclerosis/ blood vessel hardening. If one supplements with enough vitamin D3, the body can naturally release calcium internally by way of Ca2+ ligand gated ion channels to where it is needed eg. myocardial contraction, and also detract calcium from cells to deposit into the bones.

During the 1950’s — 1960’s, American farmers were notified that halal meat was going to enter the USA meat market. The USA farmers were concerned about its safety and therefore introduced he use of antibiotics into farmed meat and chlorination of farmed meat products. With the risk of crossbreeding of pathogens such as prions, animal kept in unsanitary conditions throughout their lifetime and fed an impure diet pose major public health risks globally regardless if the meat is halal or not.

Animals should not be fed the same diet as humans. Carnivorous Animals kill other animals for food, usually Herbivores. Therefore humans can eat animals for food but as humans are at the top pf the food pyramid, humans not naturally born as herbivorous. The only difference is that Humans have a higher sense of decision making than mammals in terms of choice of what to eat and when to eat. This leads to potential disruption of circadian rhythm, but also presents as the major risk factor towards obesity and cardiovascular disease including diabetes that we see today. Tribes & Mammals born and who live in the wild are obese nor do they suffer from these health complications.

In an ideal sense we should only kill animals when we are actually going to eat them rather than mass producing them and leaving them on a shelf to be purchased. The same goes for vegetables and fruit. Production does not match consumerism. Why mass produce then hike the price up of products forcing them onto society to buy things they don't want? Society has been forced to purchase now out of necessity because their finances are being diverted towards catering for their health needs which are not being met by the system. Buying out of necessity forces excess produce to go to waste, wasting the manufacturer's resources out of their own expense, leading to a shortage of production.

The Tribal Ancestral Diet devolves from what Your Natural Ancestral Background Habitants would naturally eat and find naturally available. These are a list of choices:

Any root vegetables

Shoots

Any fruit

All nuts and seeds

NB. OMIT BERRIES/NUTS/SEEDS these if you suffer from joint pain/Musculoskeletal pain/problems because all nuts/seeds/berries raise ‘OXALATES’ in the blood which exacerbates joint inflammation as well as contributing to renal oxalate stones.

Corn and maize no other western grains ie. No simple flours like Plain white/wholemeal/all purpose flour.

Use only complex flours if needed.

You can cook with flours that your Ancestral Tribe use.

Avoid westernised breads/bakery goods but seek artisan Turkish/African/Asian-sub-Indian baked goods but do not consume these daily.

No simple sugars only use maple syrup and honey or raw cane to sweeten or sweeteners.

NO OATS eat cornmeal porridge instead.

Beans and lentils only if part of your Natural Ancestory diet.

Wild rice, keep brown/white rice to a weekly minimum especially as the global food market is now swamped with ‘FAKE RICE.

All fish and seafood

Game, then ox, then beef, wild turkey, chicken = last

Pure fats especially animal fats and butter/ghee

Raw animal milk or nut milk no soy/coconut/rice/oat milk

No vegetable oil/olive oils

Ghee = universal

Coconut oil only for Indian subcontinent

Eat the fat that your indigenous ancestral tribe ate

Salt your food with sea salt or himalayan salt only but you can use as much as you like.

NO TABLE SALT.

Do not count calories or macros but only Eat when you feel hungry or before you need to perform or when you need to recover not just because it is a fixed meal time. There is nothing wrong with grazing as long as you feel peckish/hungry as long as you stick to the raw list above. Do not eat for the sake of it.

Cooking Fats and grains will be determined by your indigenous ancestral tribes

You can eat deep fried food fried in ghee. Most restaurants fry food in ghee.

Fast food chains use veg oil and simple flours, avoid!

Choose Zero sugar products over glucose and high fructose corn syrup

To put it simply avoid all simple sugars, all simple flours and cook with a pure fat and use natural salts. Eat when you are hungry not for the sake of it.

A wholefood diet is a mixture of different foods throughout the week not just a day. Having a Flexible approach by eating a mixture of your choosing from the list each day but vary it throughout the week. A varied diet throughout the week works better and is easier to achieve as well as enjoy rather than aiming for a varied diet each day. Indigenous tribes will collect a mixture of different foods in a day but they may not eat the same collection each day. Their intake depends on what they can catch so it depends on what is available to you of your choice as well.

FOR THOSE OF YOU WANTING TO ACHIEVE YOUR IDEAL BODY COMPOSITION, I HAVE ATTACHED A SAMPLE NUTRITION PLAN THAT HAS BEEN TAILORED TO MY BODY STATURE MEASUREMENTS BACK IN 2021.
